Baking fun.

Well, there wasn't any actual baking involved, but part of the fun of the holiday season is baking and decorating cookies.

We made Nilla Wafter Cake Bites recently.

Raspberry jam between Nilla wafers coated with white chocolate.

A little sloppy but that was easily solved by just breaking the edges off when moved off the wax paper.

The real fun was pulling out all the holiday sprinkles.

So simple and very tasty.
