Here is my Harvey.
Well, much to my surprise, my quilt was chosen as the winner. I really didn't even know there were prizes involved...I have just been following along with the Another Year of Schnibbles projects for months and months and finally felt like I had the time to join in.
A further surprise was that Carrie herself, the designer of the Miss Rosie's Quilt Company patterns, sends the gifts. (Whoa....there's a sale over at that website. I'll be keeping this brief!)
The package that arrived was such a wonderful gift that I was overwhelmed.
Included was a first edition of Patchwork and Quilting...a magazine from the UK. Attached to the front is a little kit to make the ornament shown at the bottom left.
A 50 count box of Wonder Clips. Pink, no less, for breast cancer.
If you are a quilter and don't know Wonder Clips you are missing out on one of the best new notions in a long time. I love these and use them all over my sewing room. I keep buying new 10 packs because I keep running out. They are included in every WIP box, travel sewing bag, and left around on work surfaces for quick grabbing.
Finally, three layer cakes. Primitive Gathering's Lakeside Gatherings,
April Showers by Bonnie & Camille,
and Boat House by Sweetwater.
So awesome. Thank you Carrie and everyone that makes Another Year of Schnibbles possible.
Counting down...22 days.
Pam
